He was a soldier and a Dominican politician. During Feb 1930~May 1961 he was the ruler the Dominican Republic. And he was president from 1930~1938, 1942~1952. He was born in April 14, 1907 and died in April 21, 1971. He was the president of Haiti for 14 years. When he was president, he reduced the size of army and organized a group called "Bogeymen" He authorized a violent murder military called "Tonton Macoute"
Baby Doc:
(3 July 1951-4 October 2014) He was the president of Haiti from 1971 until he was overthrown by a popular uprising in 1986. He was the son of Papa Doc. He helped improved the relationship between U.S.
Tonton Macoute:
Tonton Macoute was under controlled of Duvalier. It had something to do with the political and it killed tons of people who was political opponents, such as burning them. And it was extremely cruel people of any identity all had risk to be murdered.
